We are pleased that you have shown interest or booked you on our farm, and we hope and believe that you will get on well with us. Here is some information that may be helpful to have before your visit.

An old history of the farm.
In the early 1900 century owned the farm, which was called Hagen, Anna Hagen, a woman who lived her life fully mission thing. In the age where she donated the farm to the missionary movement, because it would be a resting place for returning missionaries. As the need that this was not great was filled yard instead of camps and courses and then the first camp has 1930 100.000's guests visited the farm.

The meals are normally served at the following times:

All times are adjusted to your wishes if you let us know when booking. Then there is also the opportunity to complete the booking with eg morning coffee or if desired to opt out of parts of the food served.
For breakfast we serve porridge and file, sandwiches, coffee and tea. The lunch that is our main goal consists of one main course, drink and coffee sometimes dessert. For supper are served a simple main course and butter, bread and drink. Are vegetarians, allergy sufferers and diabetics in the group so please notify in advance before arrival. If you wish to use the kiosk is good if you decide a few times a day when we will hold it open.

Night Accommodation etc.
Accommodations will be in one, two, three or quadruple. Slightly larger single rooms are also available. We are depending on the season 25 -30 rooms, making it possible to place a group of a maximum of just over 50 people in single and double rooms.
All but a couple of rooms are at least equipped with in-room sink with cold water. Toilets are in the corridor and kitchen are in Sjöstugan, reader and Camp Cottage.
Reading The cottage is best equipped have hot and cold water and most of the rooms there is also equipped with a toilet. We have 12 showers, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
Please note that bed linen and towels to be brought along, unless otherwise agreed!
Last a few days before arrival time list sent to us, that we should be able to set the order of the rooms according to your wishes.

Assembly rooms
The largest meeting hall in the chapel where there is room for about 150 people.
In study hall at the chapel we call Sunnemosalen's whiteboard, overhead projector, cassette deck and movie projector. There is room for about 35 people or about 25 at tables. In study hall in the browser cottage can accommodate 25 and 15 people. There are also a number of rooms suitable for group work.

Leisure and Exercise
In the forest at the farm there are four walking trails, three of about 1,5 km and one of about 6 km. For running, however, is perhaps the gravel road suitable. In addition, there are of course swimming, soccer field, volleyball court, ping pong table, and our sauna available.
Canoe Center gives you more opportunities. With a canoe you can at any hour paddle around the islands, or in a few days paddling a varied tour Rinnen - Värmeln. If you so wish, we gladly and give a brief instruction primarily about canoe safety and rescue. Keep in mind that during the high season book canoes in good time.

Tourist attractions
Sights and there are plenty of reasonably remote from Sandvikengården. In Arvika Rackstadmuseet, in Klässbol there are well-known Klässbols included as part of the "round craft" which also offers a glassblower, tin, wrought iron, furniture workshop etc. At Brunskogs church you will find Skutboudden ceramic workshop and a smithy.
Sunne about 40 km from Sandvikengården associated with Fryksdalens magnificent scenery and the popular Rottneros park and Selma Lagerlof's home Marbacka. Oslo or Karlstad is a suitable target for a full-day excursion.
If you come by bus should not be higher than 3,65 meters, to be able to pass a viaduct towards Sandvikengården. The bus is higher so call Sandvikengården for information about the alternate route.

Rules of Consideration
A few comfort rules, we also Sandvikengården. The most important is that we all show consideration and respect to each other, the other guests, the yard and the neighbors. This also includes all smoking indoors, and that all use of alcohol is forbidden.
Sandvikengården is open to all, and therefore it can happen that during your visit are other than your group here. It could be coffee or swimmers, campers, hostel guests or to rent a canoe.
We would like to accommodate all who want to come to Sandvikengården. However, if a group - the organization conducts activities that are not consistent with our own, we demand that no public propaganda conducted in connection with the stay on the farm.

Routine Booking, Payment conditions, cancellation, etc.
The reservation must be confirmed by the customer within one month. In connection with the confirmation paid a booking fee. The reservation fee is deducted from the final invoice and will not be refunded for any canceled part. For cancellations four to six weeks before the booked time will be charged a fee of more 10% of the price of the canceled part, (ie total fee + 10%). For cancellation later than four weeks before the booked time will be charged an additional 20% of the agreed price for the canceled part, (ie the total fee + 30%). This provided the corresponding time not used by another client. Later than five days before arrival, the final number of participants notified. At decrease of more than 10% of the participants later than 5 days before arrival will be charged a total 50% of the agreed price for this reduction.
We provide a general group discount which means that for every full paying 25 obtained free living for one person.
