We may process the following information about you: name, address, email address, telephone number, social security number and allergy information (for food service and accommodation).

We collect information when you:

• Sign up for a camp or course
• Book accommodation, canoes or other activities
• Contact us via email, phone or web form
• Submitting an application form
• Paying for a service
• Included in an address outlet from SPAR for targeted information
• Subscribe to our newsletter via Mailchimp

We process personal data in order to:

• Manage registrations for camps and courses (agreement)
• Manage bookings of accommodation, canoes, etc. (agreement)
• Administer membership register (legitimate interest)
• Send invoices and fulfill accounting requirements (legal obligation)
• Send information to participants and members (legitimate interest)
• Send newsletters and marketing via Mailchimp (consent or legitimate interest)
• Send marketing, e.g. about confirmation camps (legitimate interest, with balancing of interests)

• Information about participants in camps/courses is saved for a maximum of 3 years after the event ends
• Membership records are saved as long as the membership is active.
• Invoicing and accounting information is saved in 7 years according to the Accounting Act
• Address lists from SPAR are deleted after mailing.
• Newsletter lists in Mailchimp are deleted when the recipient unsubscribes or is inactive for a long time

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law or authority decision
• When we submit information about confirmation candidates to the Church of Sweden for registration
• When we use Mailchimp as a newsletter management service (name and email address)

Some data may be stored on servers outside the EU/EEA:

• Google services (e.g. email and document storage)
• Mailchimp (newsletter)

Transfer takes place according to GDPR rules using so-called standard contractual clauses (SCC).

• Access restriction – only authorized personnel see the data
• Password protected systems
• Backing up digital information

We use cookies to collect visitor statistics via Google Analytics. We only use aggregate statistics and do not store any personal identifiers via cookies.

You have the right to:
