What do you do for a week with the theme "Living healthy - as an older person"? This is the week for you who are not a hurt bun and do not intend to be. But you may want some advice and guidance about your personal health and well-being. But you come to Frisk in the first place to feel good in good company! Our leaders and lecturers will touch the whole person during the week. It is important to have a healthy soul in a healthy body.
In the evenings we have a varied program including guest speakers, guests' evening and a cottage meeting.
During the week we eat mostly vegetarian food. For many of our participants, there is often a positive surprise that the vegetarian food can taste so fantastic!
The most important thing is that you are happy and doing well this week on Sandvikengården and they usually do.
But wellness week would also encourage good habits and can help you feel better about yourself even when you get home.
